Introduction

Narphu valley trekking is newly open trekking trail in Annapurna region. Narphu valley trekking has been opened for the trekkers only since 2003. Narphu valley trekking is one of the best regions for viewing majestic mountains in the high land. Narphu valley trek up to Nar and Phu combines high peaks and passes, glaciers, remote villages, narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rock formations, yaks, gompas and unique Himalayan cultures. The Phu is the most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real life styles of Bhote communities enjoy and have a pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Beshisahar By Bus (823m).

Day 2: Trek to Bahundada (1311m).

Day 3: Trek to Jagat (1314m).

Day 4: Trek to Dharapani (1943m).

Day 5: Trek to Koto (2713m).

Day 6: Trek to Chhacha (3200m).

Day 7: Trek to Meta (3700m).

Day 8: Trek to Junum (4000m).

Day 9: Trek to Phu Valley.

Day 10: Excursion around Phu Valley.

Day 11: Trek to Nar Village.

Day 12: Trek to Dharamsala (2800m).

Day 13: Trek to Chame (2700m) Via Koto.

Day 14: Trek to Pisang (3185m).

Day 15: Trek to Manang (3440m).

Day 16: Rest day at Manang for Acclimatizing.

Day 17: Trek to Yak Kharka (4210m).

Day 18: Trek to Throng Phedi (4640m) or Throng High Camp (4800m).

Day 19: Trek to Muktinath (3802m) Via Throng La Pass (5416m).

Day 20: Muktinath Temple Excursion and over night at Kagbeni (2840m).

Day 21: Trek to Jomsom (2713m).

Day 22: Jomsom to Pokhara by Flight.

Day 23: Pokhara to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus.
